If I was to tell you that the Philippines has a caste system, you wouldn’t believe me but we really do. The rich remain in their space generation after generation. The poor remain in the space for generations. The middle class is floating but most remain in their space as well. Yes, there is a few people who are in the poor ranks that break out and do well. Manny Pacquiao would be a great example. He is the expectation, not the rule. Most just remain in their lane. What I see is a deepening chasm between the upper class and the lower class. The rich do not like the poor at all. The poor hate the rich equally. The white population just tries to stay clear of it and make greenbacks. The middle class just looks for the next flight to Los Angeles or Singapore. They have the resources to leave and will do so.
