If Nancy Grace could see herself thru others eyes, would she still like herself? (And I am convinced she does like herself... A bit too much, IMHO. But such is, too-often, show biz...) (& I know I have friends here, old comrades, who are personal friends with her; thus, my thoughtfulness in how I phrased this question, which I ask in all earnestness. Bc I dont think she would. I think she gets too caught up in perpetuating the caricature of herself that shes created (unwittingly?): from what Ive learned from some of you about her, she isnt so belligerent in person, in her personal life. (By comparison, Greta Van Susteren comes to mind here, but I know shes the same off-camera as on.) Just food for thought. For what its worth, some say Rush Limbaugh is different in person than in his public persona. And I think wed all agree, thats REALLY f*d up...no? Since it means theyre essentially tooting themselves (& presumably their real beliefs, to some degree, or at least their personhood, to die obsequious degree) while deliberately influencing other people to be viciously judgemental, & therefore morally corrupt (if to varying degrees).
