If Romney had taken ownership of what he created in Massachusetts, it is working and polls of doctors and citizens approve. Mitt could be the President but ran a failed campaign. His campaign manager vomiting back stage during the vulgar monologue of Clint Eastwood. Pandered to the Evangelicals...setting up the flip flopping and not vetting what a key speech for his nomination was a program for failure for any candidate.
