If VoIP is blocked in Pakistan then is this possible to find a way - TopicsExpress

If VoIP is blocked in Pakistan then is this possible to find a way to cope with this blocking issue? Perhaps with a VPN? Explanation: I need to find a techie/computer networking, who can help me to use blocked VoIPs if I have SIP SOFTPHONE (ZOIPER CLASSIC), and need to get REGISTERED on a Softswitch that will route calls. Company believe the problem is that in Pakistan the internet controllers are blocking the SIP protocol. Server runs on a linux server and Company have OPEN SOURCE VPN that Company could likely employ. Other Details: Company VoIP switch runs on a Linux Centos server located in a data center in Canada. There is a free open source VPN that can be implemented on server. We just have never found anyone with the tech expertise to get it working on both ends of a SIP conversation. It would be a really good thing if we could overcome this problem in Pakistan. Can anyone help?
