If a person inherited rental properties that were currently bound to an agreement with a rental property management service and that person had to continue on with the agreement until the contract ended..so be it. However, if the rental property management service is too busy to put together papers for new owner to sign and notify the new owner of things that are of importance, such as, commission amounts and so forth, and to busy to mail out the rent that they have collected from the previous month....why in the hell do people hire rental property management services? I imagine because you do not want the hassle or are too busy to do it yourself? But if you have to remind your management service to pay you, Im thinking its defeating the purpose....Im the freakin busy one here, I got me some FBing here to do, about you!! #showmethemoneydipdings
