If a person started camping in your yard you would tell them to leave or call the police, right? What if someone was on your property for years without permission, but you couldnt find them? Would they have more of a right to live on your property because you didnt catch them? If they started raising a family should you have to provide for them? Supply them a key so they can hit the pantry? Should they be given preference over someone who comes to your door and asks to occupy a portion of your land and is willing to pay their share?
