If a prosecution witness cannot provide the prosecuting - TopicsExpress

If a prosecution witness cannot provide the prosecuting authorities with the required evidence as opposed to providing the prosecuting authorities with false and untrue statements which cannot be substantiated, the prosecuting authority is under a legal obligation, have a legal duty to proceed with due diligence before deciding to prosecute an innocent man. Facebook Inc. Google Inc. etc. have NEVER EVER removed and/or interfered with one single post on any of my numerous social media. Blogger Inc. blocked one specific blog of mine on 27 Dec.2012 after being fed bullshit by an unknown party. The cease and desist block placed on that specific ULR is now redundant and public access to that specific blog is very straight forwardly accessible to any unsolicited member of the public who voluntarily searches my Blogger websites.
