If a restaurant manager believed that you should be assigned to his restaurant because of your zip code and compelled to patronize him whether you liked his food or not, or be forced to pay him even if you went somewhere else, would you want to eat there? Would you send your kids to eat there? My first thought would be, If this character is afraid of my choices and is perfectly happy to extort my money when I prefer a different restaurant, theres no way Id take a chance eating what he cooks up. There must be some problem with it or he wouldnt be afraid of competition. So next time youre at a school board or PTA meeting, ask the folks who run or teach at the school to endorse parental choice in education. If they decline, then thats all you need to know about that school. Run for your life, and take your kids with you. Lawrence Reed
