If a store or retail environment is playing Christmas music, it is a major deterrent for me. In general I dislike background music; I dislike playing it, and I dislike being subjected to it in my brief forays into enemy territory. But I particularly dislike Christmas music, and I dont care if its Nat Cole or The Chipmunks. Only a few weeks to go before its all over for the year. This is your holiday curmudgeon, signing off.
