If any of you around tomorrow morning between 10-12 wed love to see you down in Blue Back Square. Kid-friendly yoga will be from 10-11am and should be a lot of fun, (dont forget your yoga mats!). Allie will have her special coloring books available and starting at 11 there will be free chair massages. Even if you dont feel like doing yoga, itll still be a fun event- not to mention - Its for a great cause! Namaste :)
