If anybody wants a prime location, 5 min from hospital, off Hwy 19 east. approx. 2 1/2 miles off hwy 19. maybe 8 min to town,( Sulphur Springs) but still in the country, no close neighbors. It is way back off the road & has a gate to lock. 3 bedrooms & 2 full baths, storage building, old chicken house & an awning, a nice front porch & huge back deck & a nice creek behind it that could be made into a beautiful park.Almost an acre be hide creek! Circle dr, needs a new road, but the ground and asphalt is still under the grass! Or will swap for the right location around Mineola, Quitman, or even right off 182 from Quitman to Alba! please message me in my box. I want out of this town, I have NEVER liked it! Serious lookers ONLY, I do not finance. It is a beautiful ranchette, Plenty of pasture for horses, cows, etc. Plenty to bail some hay! Please, let me know & while you are @ it PLEASE PRAY for a buyer or someone to trade someway! I do NOT want around a lake, nor in town or way out in the country, just a couple of miles outside city limits.(taxes) House ,mobile home, whatever. Not jammed up next to neighbors!
