If anyone can help us catch this dog, please let me know. He has been roaming for at least two weeks, living off of roadkill. He was put on my hometowns animal control page. Our ACO contacted Archer County sheriff who said that the owners were wonderful people who feed this dog twice a day and have goats. I had been traveling past there two times a day, two days a week since August, and never saw a single goat. He will not come to anyone. He has wire tangled in the mats. He moves very slow. I would imagine that he is wormy and infected under the mats.
