If anyone gets a call from Howard & Associates Law Firm trying to track me down. Its a scam!!!! Somehow my personal info was compromised and they have targeted me to try to extort money. A lot of people fall for this scam according to the cops. Its been going on for a while and I already have reported them to sac sheriffs fraud department. I know they have already contacted a few friends and family trying to use scare tactices. I believe those I included on an application to lendingtree a couple years ago are the ones being contacted but I cant be sure. Anyhow... they are relentless and as long as my identity hasnt been stolen I cant do anything except file reports. Its just a nuisance at this point.
