All utilities (including cable and internet) and parking are included. 2 bedrooms upstairs, 2 downstairs. 1 bathroom upstairs, one downstairs. 1 living room upstairs, one downstairs. Shuffle board, bar, a single and a double car garage, patio space in back yard. Quiet and safe area close to the hospital. Half way between BU and ACC. Occupancy Aug 15 or Sept 1. $600 a month on 12 month agreement, $700 on a 10 months agreement. $35 extra a month to have in garage parking. They must not be allegic to dogs since Buddy will be living there too. :)
