If anyone out there has Verizon wireless and its time for an upgrade. Do your self a favor and shut your hand in your car door about 10 times!!! Trust me it will be much less painful in long run. I have been with them for 14 years with very little problems but tonight did it for me. I started the upgrade at yesterday at 8:30pm and just hung up with them 2:15am today. After they told me what the price was going to be each month before taxes and fees and I did all the online stuff then they tell me its going to be $60.00 more each month before taxes and fees!!! After talking to 5 people and having to explain it each time. Then they offered me a big discount fore one year to stay but after one year it would go back up to Lord knows what with nothing I could do about it because it was a two year plain. I decided that AT&T cant be this bad and must take better care of their customers than this. And I had 5 lines so my bill was not cheep to say the least. Please all my friends share this so everyone will know how Verizon treats people!!!
