Port Townsend has two (many small cities could learn a lot from PT). Port Orchard has the Firefly. Burien has one. Some of them even get first run films. Seattle has numerous. This would give a steady income stream to fund other arts projects. You could get some SIFF films, do other festivals (like the fly fishing film tour which has come to North Bend, the Rat Rod festival, etc.) Everetts historic theater has a nice mix of acts, largely mixed with films.
