If establishment of data center in each ward is possible and birth and death of every person is recorded through data center with other information and these data centers are intra and inter connected than demographic figure can be updated daily. There will not require to arrange census in each 10 years interval and this will save huge amount of money and to prepare and implementation of any plan or program will be fruitful.
