If ever this draft becomes a law - which it will. Essentially criminal hun sen and his cpp thugs will have total control of infrastructure, which is like saying vietcong thugs will be running the show. No foreign companies would want to stay anymore so they will leave one by one. Meaning the criminal hun sen and his vietcong thugs will dictate the market because of little to no competitions. The loser of this whole draconian law will once again be Cambodia and Khmer people. This is working perfectly to what his vietcong master - hanoi wanted him to do. Criminal hun sen his cpp thugs are just an extension of the vietcong government. They dictate the orders and he has to follow or else his life and power will be stake! We have to keep a close eyes on this and hope that it doesnt become law, but if it does we have to be prepared to fight!
