If everyone would do that, study the Word of God with the Lord guiding your studies, there would be no such thing as debating the Word and it would be IMPOSSIBLE for any ol doctrine to be believed. The enemy wouldnt be able to confuse the Lords people with false teaching because the Lord would deposit His word within you. So many of us would rather find other ways to go instead of spending time with the Lord and doing as He commands. Not knowing the Word can cause you not only to be deceived and to be led astray, but this could also lead to you missing on everything the Lord has for you. Dont be deceived. Study the Word with the Lord guiding you. Study and then meditate on the Word. Let the Lord teach you and show you what He wants you to know. An untaught, led astray, backslidden person is easy pickings for the enemy. Dont allow yourself to be caught out there. Study to shew thyself approved. Leave no room for the enemy to take you and always remember that Gods Word is there for you to grow, learn, and get stronger in the Lord. May the Lord bless you.
