Or had asked about .... Just angry. Period. As a permanent state. Watch "mother said she is taking daughter home" turn to "called security". Yes, because people giving up and going home after seven hours equals a security threat. Watch an inpatient record with three notes over the space of 24 hours, yes 3, one of which says "patient sleeping" (night shift) another says "patient not present" (with Physio) another says "discussed pain management" and the official version? "No issues were raised with staff." Check nursing handover. Day 1, tick. Day 2, tick. Days 3-10, nothing. Yep. I trust their account. Very thorough. And accurate.
