If marijuana is so dangerous, as the government has claimed for decades, then how come they decided to patent it for medicinal use, a process they started in 1999 and was completed in 2003? Obviously they want complete control of it since they know theyre losing the battle to legalization. Which begs the question, how could a drug with no medicinal/therapeutic value, otherwise known as a schedule I drug, still be schedule I when not only doctors and scientists have validated its medicinal benefits but the very government that claims it has no medicinal use patented it for medicinal use?!? Why hasnt anyone challenged this in the Supreme Court???
