If my news feed is to be believed: The GOP is the heart of evil and must be destroyed; Obama is trying to kill us all off with the help of the Democrats so he can be the evil overlord of...umm...a bunch of dead people?; EBOLA! EBOLA EVERYWHERE!! EVERYONE WHO IS SICK HAS EBOLA AND WE ARE ALL GOING TO DIE!!!; some actor or actress said something they think is significant and we should all listen and do as they say because obviously; a television show is ending...or beginning...or in the middle of the season...and OMG!; the polar ice caps are melting so fast well all need swim vests by morning; climate change adherents are all stupid doody-heads because there are record cold temperatures some winters and duh!; marijuana is worse than the plague, AIDS, and Ebola combined; law enforcement is a collection of brain-dead, power-mad, dog killing testosterone junkies who want to crush us all; law enforcement is a collection of really nice folks who hug children and save puppies and kitties from burning buildings; rich people are too rich and should have to share the wealth; poor people are all trying to get money from the rich people so they dont have to work; everyone is offended by anything that doesnt reflect their values or beliefs; everyone is offended because they cannot express their values and beliefs because it offends someone else; everyone thinks that I think what they think because we are Facebook friends and that could not possibly be so if we had differing opinions so of course I am on their side and think anyone who disagrees with them is an idiot. And that doesnt cover the ads that I am inundated with... Also? EEEEEEBOOOOOOLAAAAAAA (imagine alpenhorns and men in liederhosen...)...
