If northerners are treated as second class citizens under Goodluck (as most of us have been claiming), then those of us in the north east are in the 2nd Class lower division. When gunmen attacked Kano, Kaduna, Plateau or Nasarawa, the presidency usually send a high powered delegation to visit and condole the victims families. Thats find and good. But when those of us in the northeast are killed, our markets burnt, our children kidnapped, and our schools turned to ashes, it doesnt worth a visit. If Bakassi were in the northeast, the people would have been happier that they were given to Cameroon.
