If the Park authorities, in the past, have gone to the extent of distributing leases of large portions of our Park, illegally..they sure can do a legal thing too. How about they...in association with the Horticulture dept. organize some events such as Know Your Flowers...or Know Your Vegetables or Know Gardening Techniques. And such events should be free ..or they may charge a token registration fee of lets say .... Rs 10 per head. For speakers...they can invite prize winners of Best Garden Competitions..experts from Botany Dept....even owners of pvt nursuries(who may be all to eager to be sponsors). Think about this friends...
