If the church is going to be perfected and edified the apostolic ministry must be present. Individuals that isolate themselves from ministry and church attendance always have a problem with spiritual authority. If all you need is God then the majority of the New Testament would not have been written. Explain the apostles roles in the New Testament churches. God always uses apostolic government and authority with His people. If you are too spiritually mature and knowledgeable to need the ministry, then youre spiritually out of order. If you call yourself a minister but will not submit to ministry then your calling is definitely in question. The old-time ministers would call that wild fire. Thankful for the way God set up the government of the church. We need a pastor. We need the five-fold ministry operating in the church. JohnRebekah Bernardini
