If the germ theory was true, no one would be alive to know it! Bacteria and virus dont make us sick.... A welcoming host environment, or a breakdown in immune function, makes us sick. If I take 2 handfuls of seeds.... One goes in black dirt, one goes on my concrete driveway...... Which ones grow? The obvious answer is the black dirt pile. The lush, black soil holds the nutrients that support the lifecycle of those seeds. The concrete driveway is not capable of supporting those seeds.... Ie an inhospitable host! Our immune systems create an inhospitable environment for pathogens and allow us to stay healthy. Keep your nervous system functioning well ( get adjusted!) get plenty of rest and water, maintain and foster positive relationships/ moods, love to the fullest and expect wellness.....
