NGO are supposed to be helping people out and improving the quality of life in the country they are in. I firmly believe that USAID is nothing more than a front for influence peddling and has done very little in improving the lives of Kenyans. The missionaries on the field have done more for people than any NGO has ever done, and they do it with significantly less money than the NGOs spend just maintaining an office.
