If the lights are not bright enough and the wattage is not adjustable and can not be increased ,are we stuck with these? I would have wanted at least a few streets converted before making a deal...just to make sure we are not being sold on a product that doesnt produce the intensity needed...I truly believe the councilors were told what they wanted to hear and the deal was done .With no real test or product info or specs the councilors relied on somones word I am assuming. BECAUSE if the council new about this misrepresentation they wouldnt have agreed to these lights!The Mayor shares the blame and possible will end up owning this epic fail
