If the media isnt attempting to incite unrest why do they overly report and sensationalize racially sensitive stories, 24/7, while ignoring other very important stories that expose the dark side of the judicial system? If they were truly concerned with reforming the judicial/justice system wouldnt they report more on wrongful prosecutions and convictions instead of completely ignoring them and covering them up? The judicial/justice system is broken due to the media refusing to report how corrupt and unethical it has become. If the media exposed more wrongful prosecutions the courts would know there was a chance they would be exposed and think twice about their decisions. The way it is now they know they will not be exposed. In my case now, what is there to consider and what is taking so much time for Jackson County, IN. Circuit Court Judge Richard Poynter in rendering a ruling on my PCR Petition? The Special Prosecutor filed his response over ten months ago, where he could not deny any part of the Petition therefore admitting to all of it. So what is there to consider and what would take so much time? They can not eliminate Due Process and Rule of Law to obtain any conviction possible then claim the wrongful conviction justifies the elimination of Due Process and Rule of Law. Justice delayed is justice denied, therefore obstruction of justice. How many violations of obstruction of justice exist in this one case or violations of the U.S. Constitution? No probable cause to initiate No Probable cause hearing Altered evidence A Judge actually lied to suppress a jurys not guilty verdict Double jeopardy Fareed Zakaria cited The Sentencing Project Sunday on GPS citing that the justice system is racist by design but there is one justice system for the rich and one for the poor. What other case proves this point better than this case. I am NOT one for public attention, as I have said before this case is not about me, it is about how the system has annihilated our legal and constitutional rights solely because they are allowed to do so in the dark with to repercussion and exposure. Ive not only proven the State has violated my every legal and constitutional right the Special Prosecutor admitted to it. What more can a common everyday citizen do?
