If the social media firm youve partnered with to promote your event doesnt have your event hashtag all over your social channels weeks and days prior to the event, and then nothing on the day of the event, I have to wonder how they can claim to know/be social. It troubles me when businesses cant even execute on the basics. Sadly, clients dont know what they dont know. And so they continue to get duped by these firms. What exactly did they pay for then? Very troubling.
