If there is one thing Ive learned ..... Its to celebrate those around with success. Especially if they are in the same field as you.... Or a field you want or wanted so desperately to be in. If you choose to allow jealousy to consume you (iE: should have been me up there or I do that just as well as they do... Why them?) you are choosing the road of self torture. You most likely have NO idea the winding road they took and the hard work they put in to have their success. Its so easy to pretend that we know them.... And believe they didnt deserve it. Even those we consider overnight successes..... They never are in truth. Just realize that THEIR road is THEIRS... Not yours. If you try to walk someone elses road.... Youll NEVER feel comfortable or at peace. Walk YOUR road and let others celebrate YOU in that. I love that Im doing that these days... Walking my road. Its mine! Its not perfect but its meant for ME!
