If they can limit pets, they should limit kids.. Although none of my dogs are anyone elses burden but mine. No one else pays to feed, educate, house, manage, rehabilitate, or provides their medical care. I make this choice without any assistance. Why should government have ANY right to tell me what to do with them? Now if someones dogs are taxing government or public resources because they are NEGLIGENT/IRRESPONSIBLE pet owners, then yes. They should do their publicly-funded JOB and take their animals and prohibit THEM from owning pets.. They should do the same to negligent parents, too, while theyre at it. Id take a couple stray kids.
