If they nominate this man, the wave of apathy sloshing through the base will make 2012 look like 1984. Truly, can anyone find me a Jeb Bush principle that is in staunch opposition to Democrats? Writer Kevin Williamson tells us if we dont care that Romney wins, we should care that Democrats lose. Really? Because if democrats lose we get.... Fiscal responsibility, balanced budgets, no government bailouts? We get borders, language, culture, including defense of American culture against creeping Sharia law? We get repeal of Obamacare? We get respect for and adherence to the constitution and principles of limited government? We get nuclear generated low cost electricity to boost the economy? We get government out of the way and an end to restraints in our domestic energy production, so that we can literally be independent of OPEC, Venezuela etc? What parts of Jeb Bushs worldview are essentially different from Democrat views, rather than different only in degree? Jeb is the guy who wants to get in the drivers seat of the bus as it hurtles toward the cliff at 80 mph, brake and downshift and settle in and get comfortable driving the American bus toward that cliff at only 50 mph instead of 80. I ask mr. Williamson, what is it about a Bush presidency that actually thwarts the Democrat agenda? How does voting for Bush add up to voting for Democrats to lose?
