If we are Facebook friends and you have announced a pregnancy, engagement, weight loss journey, or any other life altering endeavor, just know that you have been added to my list of people to constantly and routinely check up on. Some may call it stalking, I call it distant and silent encouragement. That being said, if you have committed to sharing this information with social media, I am going to need regular and thorough updates. I am vicariously living through you people.
