If we have a conflict with friends or co workers either at home or in work place.How do you resolve it?America really is very different from Malaysia.It is really hard to get a job easily.Before you get a job,they are gonna ask you a lot of questions about your personal strengths and weaknesses.Sometimes I wish I could fly,I would go back to my home town where I was born and grew up.Even though I am now in the most developed country in the world,I lost peace and comfort of my home.it is such a long story that I dont continue.I am now working together with multicultural people.if I have a conflict with them one day,I must know how to deal with them.In my opinion,when I have a conflict with my friends and co workers.First I will try to explain to them all the best I can.Then I will try to know what he or she wants.As soon as you know what they want,I accommodate some of my unimportant points and compromise at some points that are agreeable by both.I just wanna open up my mind.Thanks you very much.
