If we learned anything from the past couple of weeks it is that our POTUS can be vindictive, manipulative, and willing to sacrifice our liberties in order to achieve his ends in a very Machiavellian way where the ends justify the means. His regard for veterans, the families of the fallen, and the people of this nation is far less than his desire to achieve and maintain power over the citizens and create a dependent populace. For those who feel the republicans of the house or a single man as in Ted Cruz were to blame you need to check your selves and your perception of the truth. Neither had any power over what would be affected by the shut down. Obama had complete control. He denied cancer patients, he denied veterans, he denied families of the fallen, he denied the elderly. HE, Barack Obama made it clear to those who carried out his directives, that the aim was to cause as much discomfort as possible to the public. This was not a motion or a comment by the Tea Party but a direct order from Obama himself to those on his frontlines of the shut down. I have nothing positive what so ever to say or think about this man. Even when the Clinton White House was involved in a longer shut down by nearly a week, the memorials were left open, the hospitals were operating, veterans were respected. This today is even a sharp and embarrassing contrast to even those times. For anyone to feel this man had our interests in mind they are in darkness, denial, or they themselves could care less about their neighbor. All Mr. Obama wants is power plain and simple as well as the destruction of the nation he holds responsible for all the sins of the world. I have watched, listened, and studied this man and my view is he has a great affection for the ignorant because they are easily manipulated and they serve a useful purpose in maintaining his and his circles life of opulence. I have seen enough of this man and his kind.
