If, we took 1/3 of our total defense money and spent it elsewhere--we all know that the problems would simply go away. The problem is that the people who we spend the defense money on, have no imagination--no get up and go ... Why focus on war with each other--when the real war is in the atmosphere in the sil and in the oceans clean them up and end the problems we all have. in other words quit whining and DO SOMETHING constructive with hour tax dollars. iI mean ... ts not like MOST of the tech is not there to do these things. the trick is DO THEM!
