We are seeking a bilingual front office receptionist to work in a pediatric dental practice. Candidate will work a multi-line phone system, take messages, transfer calls, schedule appointments, check patients in and out, update any demographic changes, update insurance information, take co-pays, verify new insurance and provide general office duties as required by the supervisor such as copies, filing, faxing, etc. Candidate must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, be able to work in a team environment, be on time every day and perform at a high level in a fast paced environment.
