If you are a parent it is absolutely necessary that you teach your kids to not pester other people for their cell phones for playing games or otherwise. I have seen parents who do not give their own cellphones to their kids but have no problem with their kids pestering others for their cellphones in the front of their eyes. Please teach your kids to ask permission before touching/playing or browsing through someone elses phone/any other gadget for that matter and to back off respectfully when the answer is no.
