If you are an RKC and you have ANY doubt at all that one of the very best things you can do for yourself is attend the Sweden RKC II with Master RKC Max Shank, then read this now: Extraordinary praise for Max Shank’s recent Encinitas RKC II Forest Vance - Sacramento, CA, Trainer/Coach/Business Owner/Info Marketer ATHLETIC ACHIEVEMENTS: - Three time All-American - UC Davis Football, - Opening day training camp roster - 2003 Green Pay Packers, 2004 Kansas City Chiefs, - Master’s degree in Human Movement, - Personal training certifications through the American College of Sports Medicine and the National Academy of Sports Medicine, - RKC Great experience. Fantastic group of like-minded folks to work with. Learned a huge amount – the 2nd time through! Great knowledge from Master RKC Max Shank. RKC in my book continues to set the bar, the “gold standard” for Kettlebell certs. RKC is the best, in terms of hands-on instruction and feedback. I attended several fitness-related in-person events each year, have 10 years of experience in the industry, literally have done a dozen or so certification over the years and the RKC continues to stand out in my mind this way. Walker Scott, Chula Vista CA, Chiropractor ATHLETIC ACHIEVEMENTS: Iowa State Football 4 Years, Marines Corps Football 2years, Olympic Lifting and Kettlebells predominantly, Marine Corps 0311 8 Years, Systema Spetsnaz Instructor, Many different types of Chiropractic and Acupuncture certifications (Graston, TPI, FMS, Kinesiotape, RKC, Microcurrent) Very good experience! Would recommend it to any fitness professional. Quality was 10 out of 10. Instructor was extremely knowledgeable and this is coming from a healthcare professional. He conveyed that knowledge in very relatable and interesting ways. To be honest this was my instructor from Level I and as a chiropractor and acupuncture I don’t really necessarily need Level II, but I was so impressed with his work in Level I that I had to do Level II. Jen Sinkler, Brooklyn Park, MN, Fitness writer, personal trainer ATHLETIC ACHIEVEMENTS: Former USA rugby team member, RKC, PCC, PM, USAW, DVRT, TACFIT, CrossFit L-1 I can honestly say this might be my favorite certification ever. This weekend is the most informative I’ve had in a very long while. I can already tell I’ll be using both the exercise cueing skills I leaned, and the larger, more practical aspects of programming we covered. I will be a better coach after this. I appreciated the non-dogmatic approach Master RKC Max Shank takes with his coaching, and I think it’s a great example for newer coaches to see. I set some person records this weekend thanks to the coaching and positive environment of this cert. It re-emphasized for me the importance of setting up an environment for play. Max Shank is second to none in creating calm, positive training environments. His steady approach sets the tone for the whole group. He is clearly highly knowledgeable in the contact of the course, and his non-dogmatic approach allows him to coach and teach people how to coach is a way that is most beneficial to the client. $400.00 discount ends on June 20. So much information in 3 days but I will be able to apply all of it to me personally and to my clients. Love Max’s style. Allows us to work thru the moment and corrects in a way that makes us fix it ourselves. RKC workshops are the best quality workshops around. Full of hands on training and I always walk away with so much knowledge and new material. Mike Baltren, Encinitas, CA, Coach ATHLETIC ACHIEVEMENTS:CSCS, Highland Games Athlete A fantastic weekend all around. Some brand new information and some older info revisited. Many great coaches practicing together. Max is a fantastic teacher. His easy, “I want you to succeed” approach makes everyone comfortable. His knowledge and keep understanding of everything not just most of the material is mind blowing sometimes. He always has an answer but not so much in the “I’m making shit up to sound smart” type of way. I think the Level 1 and 2 (both taught by Max) are superior to anything else I am aware of. The small group is also helpful for communication. Giovanni de Matteis, Raleigh, NC, Trainer ATHLETIC ACHIEVEMENTS: Training background: FMS level 1 & 2, CrossFit, USAW Level 1, WKC. By far the best workshop/cert I have ever attended. Hands down the best quality of training and knowledge. I took RKC 1 with Max Shank. One of the main reasons for taking RKC II was that Max Shank was teaching this certification. He has fixed a lot of my issues in the past and has done so again. He has given me confidence in the past and continues to do so. Quality, scope of material and practical use are the highest possible compared to other certifications. I look forward to more RKC certs. Barry Givens, Laguna Hills, CA, Customer Relations/Personal Trainer ATHLETIC ACHIEVEMENTS: Masters of Science degree in Kinesiology from CSU Fullerton. Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist from NSCA. RKC Level I Instructor, Served 6 years honorably in the US Marine Corps. Outstanding. My knowledge base got wider this weekend. Everything makes sense. Able to pick a part an exercise now and get that client going. All instruction gained this weekend will make me better. Will be excited to get clients started on some of the skills I’ve learned. Lisa Taitai, Oxnard, CA, Personal Trainer, Childcare Provider ATHLETIC ACHIEVEMENTS: NASM Certified. RKC1 The training from RKC II was smart, concise and highly professional Max is great at translating concepts. Thank you for an amazing weekend. The quality of training is superb. This workshop with Max was absolutely life changing not only for myself but for the clients at home. My business and training will benefit greatly from this workshop. $400.00 discount ends on June 20. Register now and save. dragondoor/workshops/details/wpkb151
