There will be a lot of confusion and a lot of notaries and lawyers trying to take advantage of people and charging EXORBITANT FEES. This bulletin from US Immigration gives important information on what to expect, including that the DACA changes can be expected to come in to effect in about 90 days (Feb-March 2015) and the new program for parents in about 180 days (May-June 2015). From page 5 of this document: While USCIS is not accepting applications at this time, individuals who think they may be eligible for one or more of the new initiatives may prepare now by gathering documentation that establishes their: Identity; Relationship to a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident; and Continuous residence in the United States over the last five years or more. uscis.gov/immigrationaction
