If you are at a loss to figure out what goals to set for yourself then pay attention to your feelings about that situation. You will notice that whenever you cannot think of any goals you are usually fearful of any and all future outcome. You are in effect closing yourself off to possible actions because of your fear. Now figure out what you are thinking when you are feeling this way? Counter these thoughts with more balanced thoughts; Optimistic outlooks! Trust your abilities. When you start feeling better you will not discount yourself out of being able to achieve anything you want and all of a sudden you have direction and can set your goals.
