If you are constantly under stress, the best way to help manage it is to go to sleep in terms of therapeutic intervention. Exercise will also help. Basically, under periods of constant stress there is damage to the brain (hippocampus) and the way to repair this damage to the brain is sleep and exercise. Its actually to possible to regenerate these damaged areas of the brain.
