If you are for car control, then you are not against cars, because cars are needed for the police to pull over people driving cars and suspend and revoke their licenses, some car drivers are even immediately taken to jail! So its not that youre anti-car. Youll need the police cars to take away other peoples cars. So youre very Pro-Car, you just believe that only the government (which is, of course, so reliable, honest, moral and virtuous...) should be allowed to have cars. There is no such thing as car control (registering even PRIVATE transactions, licensing, MANDATED INSURANCE!).
