If you are looking at getting a disability pass for your child at Disney this summer, I hope you have better luck than me. Universal were fantastic, their care was 2nd to none, and he had a great time. Disney refused my grandson twice, and it was the only day he was ill at the park. Paying over $200 for a 14 day pass was a waste,we had to leave early,he was so upset he wouldnt want to go back. Customer Care!! Non exsistant, I will be e.mailing Dismey.
