If you are moving out this Friday, 5th June 2013, and are unsure what time your check out appointment is please come and ask us in the accommodation office! If you wish to checkout outside of these hours, you can do an early check out and we will carry out the inspection without you present. Please be aware that once you have handed your keys in you will not be able to re-enter the apartment. A quick remind too: We would just like to draw your attention to clause 10, within your signed tenancy agreement: 10. Care of the Accommodation 10.1 The Tenant Will (a) not alter or damage the room or room items and will keep them in a clean and tidy condition; (b) not damage or mark or change the decorative finish of the room or shared areas; (c) jointly with the other occupiers keep the shared area in a clean, tidy and hygienic condition (d) not alter, damage, litter or obstruct the use of the shared areas (e) not cause or permit any damage to any part of the development; (f) not to remove any room items or shared items from the flat Hints & Tips of things to do prior to your inspection: • Removal of all your items from the apartment • Hoover/mop floor • Remove all bin bags/rubbish • Clean surfaces/hobs/oven/microwave • Wash up • Work as a team to make sure your apartment area/rooms are to the standard they were when you arrived.
