If you are not ready to be hated; if you are not ready to be attacked; if you are not ready to lose friends who were never friends; if you are not ready to receive insults, you are not ready to be successful in life. Stop complaining then, simply remain in your shelf and enjoy being everyones friend. Successful people know how to fix their eyes on the goal while ignoring attacks from those who hate them. Do you think you have friends now? Wait until God takes you to a higher level before you know who your friends are. But its obvious that many dont want to move to that higher level because they enjoy the company of friends who only wish to have them remain on that same level. Enjoy your life of mediocrity if thats what you want. For you who wants a higher and better level, may you find the grace to develop that thick skin required for it. May you find the grace not to look back in search of those frenemies when, eventually, they run away from you.
