The biggest sources of sodium in our diets are - - Restaurant food - Canned foods - Frozen meals - Processed meats (salami, pepperoni, sausage, lunch meats, etc) - Packaged pre-seasoned convenience products - Condiments/Sauces Similar advice applies to cutting out sugar - it is not the sugar you add to your tea, but all the sugar you are ingesting in packaged, store-bought foods.
