The newest is a Writ of Mandamus to make the WV Ethics Commission render a decision that Bob Dorsey filed with them over 4 months ago after the County Commission filed their appeal of Judge Alsops decision. Our law firm (the one the Commissioners are using and the citizens are paying for) have till Aug 4, to file their brief and I expect to have the appeal hearing soon after that. August 5 at 11;00 am is the annexation hearing in the Courtroom. (Summersville wants to annex the Wadcutters shooting range so the Good Ole Boys can put in a salvage yard). If you are sick of the good ole boys getting away with anything they want to in Nicholas County you need to show up and protest this.
