If you arent able to see the charts below for the 24 and 30 day challenge, I dont know why....but let me know and I can email it to you. Tomorrow, the 24 day Plankers have 150 crunches, 58 leg raises and 90 seconds of planking. Friday will be your last day which is a rest day....(Lucky!!) For the 30 day Plankers, tomorrow you will have 125 crunches, 50 leg raises and 120 seconds of planking. (no rest for the 30 day people...sorry)!! For those of you who are interested in staying with this, the new 24 day challenge will start again on March 10th. The 30 day challenge will start again on March 17th. :o)
